It is this work, based on the principles of Bio-Dynamy, that we invite you to discover here. Whatever the season, we must observe, listen, smell, taste, sometimes several times a day, to decide the right day, the right time, the appropriate gesture. From spring to summer, from harvest to bottling, including fermentation, devatting and aging, each wine imposes its own rhythm.
It’s up to us to hear it, to allow it to reveal itself, and make its tasting a moment of shared enchantment!
